Work consisted of entire fit out of tenant spaces to fully operational restaurants
Entrusted by Public Works with a million-dollar plumbing upgrade to a vital federal building responsible for regulating food safety, animal health, and plant health while occupied at all times. Seamlessly overcame challenges with laboratory access, working in live labs, and working around lab technicians.
Work consisted of renovation and replacement of damaged domestic water piping, reinstatement of all finishes including all affected walls, ceilings, floors, and millwork
Complete interior alterations to accommodate 1,800 sq ft of new training room
Work consisted of all required interior finishes, mechanical, electrical, and data to convert existing space to a new police training room
Reconfiguration of rooms, interior finishes and accessibility upgrades to Canadian Immigration and Citizenship Office
Work consisted of wall and floor finishes, window coverings, mould abatement, and upgrades to doors/hardware, plumbing and electrical to satisfy accessibility requirements
Renovation of the 2nd Floor of the CEW Building in historical Sinclair Centre
Work consisted of demolition, alteration and construction of interior walls and finishes, construction of new offices, kitchen and a meeting room, new millwork and equipment, changes to plumbing, HVAC, lighting, power, telephone and data systems
Installation of cell furniture in 48 high-security living units
Work consisted of removal and disposal of all cell furniture anchored to the walls and floors, performed lead abatement on furniture with lead-containing paint, installation of new furniture including beds and desks
